At first everyone thought Oprah Winfrey was joining the cast of DC Comic’s Suicide Squad as Amanda Waller, but a report states that Viola Davis has nabbed the coveted role. Octavia Spencer was reportedly also in the running.

According to Latino Review, Davis, who stars in ABC’s How to Get Away With Murder, has just one caveat to being cast: The studio has to find a way to work around her schedule.

Waller is a former congressional aide and government agent who is in charge of the Suicide Squad, a semisecret government-run group of former supervillains working in return for amnesty. So far the movie has cast Jared Leto as the Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Cara Delevingne as the Enchantress, Tom Hardy as Rick Flag and Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang.

The movie is due to hit theaters in August 2016.
