There’s one thing I can’t stand, and that’s someone who bullies children. Especially when that person is an adult. Or a person in an adult-sized body, because there’s no way in the world New York Post columnist Kyle Smith has the emotional-maturity level of an adult.

In a recent hit piece for the Post, Smith brazenly attacked Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s children, Willow and Jaden. Not only is it absurd that this grown-ass man is worrying about the lives of two teenagers, but he also has the audacity to call these children “überentitled, brainless, self-adoring, twaddle-spewing little munchkins.”

Not only does Kyle Smith’s post reek of jealousy, but it also seems as though keystroke thugging for page views while attacking children is the only way for him to get attention. He not only blames Will and Jada for creating “these terrifying ego monsters” but also says that the parents are narcissists for naming their kids after themselves.

Given all the name-calling Kyle Smith does in his article, it seems as if there could be some sort of unbalance going on with him.

First of all, why are you so concerned with how these people raise their kids? Or are you more concerned that these free-spirited black children have no problem living their lives like they’re golden?

Sure, the Smiths’ children may not be perfect. And the Smiths’ parenting isn’t perfect, either. No one’s parenting is perfect. But unless these kids have any type of bearing on your life, in no way should their mere existence be offensive to you.

Second, maybe you have or don’t have kids, but how would you like a random stranger talking crap about your children? Or maybe it’s something your parents had to deal with when you were a kid. Because from what you’ve written, you definitely seem like you would have been the type of kid who wasn’t really liked.

So maybe that’s it. You weren’t liked as a kid. So now you’re spending your time at work hating on other kids. There’s therapy for that.

And for the record, in their short lifetimes, Willow and Jaden have probably accomplished more than you ever will. But in the words of Taylor Swift, “Haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate.” I’d advise you to shake off your obsession with the Smiths’ children and find something better to do with your time.
