Ruth Negga, Aja Naomi King, Janelle Monáe and Lupita Nyong’o are just some of the actresses featured on Vanity Fair’s Hollywood-issue cover.

The glamour photo was shot by Annie Leibovitz, and the actresses have some heavy Hollywood statistics between them. Among the 11 women, there are 12 Oscar nominations and two wins, three of whom are this year’s best actress nominees: the woman who stole Lindsey Lohan’s career Emma Stone, Natalie Portman and Negga.

The full lineup of actresses includes Elle Fanning, Dakota Fanning, Dakota Johnson, Amy Adams and Greta Gerwig.

This year’s cover reflects just some of the diversity included in films. From Nyong’o’s Queen of Katwe to Negga’s appearance in Loving, as well as King in The Birth of a Nation and Monáe’s performances in Moonlight and Hidden Figures, it’s clear that black women rocked on-screen this year.

The Hollywood issue of Vanity Fair is available nationally on Tuesday, Feb. 7.

Bye, Kinja! It's been fun (occasionally).

Beautiful cover! Ruth Negga is taking a page out of Lupito Nyong’o’s book and she has been working the red carpet this year. She isn’t going to win the Oscar this round but she will be remembered for her fashion statements this entire award season.

Janelle Monae looks lovely, and I loved her in Moonlight and Hidden Figures. I actually want to see Hidden Figures again, it was such a great movie and very necessary given the doom and gloom hovering over the country right now.

I feel the same way about Emma Stone and Lindsay Lohan! I was a fan of Lohan and I was looking forward to her movie career. I wish she didn’t have such dysfunctional parents because I think she would be in a much better position right now.

On the whole, I’m pretty indifferent about Emma Stone. She is absolutely a theater kid. I think she is genuinely happy and excited about her career. She also seems sincere unlike her peer who always remind us of how cool she is because she eats pizza and farts.
