The West family welcomed their newest member on Monday; Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s third child arrived via surrogate.

According to TMZ, Kim made the announcement in the wee morning hours, announcing that the surrogate had given birth to a healthy baby girl weighing in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces.

“We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care,” Kim wrote in the announcement. “North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”

No name has been released yet for the youngest member of the West clan.

The couple decided to use a surrogate after news broke that Kim suffered from placenta accreta—a life-threatening condition—during her pregnancies with North and Saint.
