Kerry Washington is the epitome of effortless beauty on the cover of Allure magazine’s November issue. The 37-year-old star of Scandal celebrated the cover by tweeting the beauty and fashion magazine:
Proving that less is more, the Bronx, N.Y., native not only has very simple makeup but also keeps it even more subtle, but still sexy, with a sweater and a hint of cleavage. It’s no wonder she made People’s “50 Most Beautiful List” in 2013.
Washington, who’s already having a spectacular fourth season on the series, recently divulged on The Ellen Show a few scandalous secrets. She stated that she hated kissing her co-stars and said that aspect of her job will always be awkward.
“I don’t enjoy either one,” she said, referring to her love scenes with Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitzgerald Grant, and Scott Foley, who plays Jake Ballard. “I think they’re both lovely men.
“It’s awkward! But it’s been awkward since the beginning. It’s always awkward. It doesn’t stop being awkward,” Washington stated.
Allure’s November issue will be available on newsstands Oct. 28.
