Bartier Cardi Belcalis “Cardi B” Almanzar just pulled a Beyoncé, whose name she dropped all over her bound-to-be-platinum debut, Invasion of Privacy. In studied Queen Bee fashion, Cardi saved her long-rumored pregnancy announcement for a most auspicious moment: while performing live on Saturday Night Live with Chadwick “T’Challa” Boseman the day after her album dropped.

For her first set, Cardi performed bona fide bangers from her debut, a medley of “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi,” stepping to the mic like a rap pro. She rocked green finger waves, shades and what has become her typical gear—a dress with plumes of tulle to cover what folks have been saying for months has been a baby bump.

Well, for the second set, the Bronx, N.Y., rose who rose from the concrete appeared in a clingy white Christian Siriano dress and sophisticated chignon updo for the heartbreak anthem of 2018, “Be Careful.”

For the first half of the song, the camera mostly showed Cardi above her breastbone; about halfway through, the camera panned down and back, revealing the cutest baby bump, at which point the audience cheered.

So all the rumors can now cease; it’s official: Cardi gotta baby with fiance Offset (at least that’s the most likely scenario)!

Congrats, Mama!
