The court proceedings concerning the sexual assault charges brought against Bill Cosby in Pennsylvania have been put on hold, Deadline reports.

A state Superior Court stopped the proceedings temporarily until a verdict is heard regarding the district attorney's efforts to squash an appeal that Cosby's legal team filed after failing in their first attempt to get a trio of felony assault charges dismissed.

This means that a hearing that was supposed to take place next Tuesday has ben canceled.
