Atlanta's Lakeith Stanfield, who plays Darius on the Donald Glover-created show, was channeling Kanye West's infamous stage crashing when he went up to accept the Best Comedy Series award for Silicon Valley during the Critics Choice Awards.

Not only did the move catch Silicon Valley Executive Producer Tom Lassally by surprise—especially since he said he had no idea who Stanfield was—but the audience appeared shocked as well.


“I want to thank everybody for honoring us in this way,” Stanfield said. “We worked very hard on Silicon Valley and here we are. Thank you.”

Obviously, Stanfield was a little peeved that Atlanta didn't win for Best Comedy Series, but Donald Glover did take home the award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series.
