Five white men who are former employees of Sean “Diddy” Comb’s Revolt TV have launched a reverse discrimination lawsuit against the network, alleging that they were fired for not being young, hip and black.

According to the New York Post’s Page Six, Douglas Goodstein and four producers, who are over the age of 39 and worked on Revolt’s broadcast of The Breakfast Club, say that they were treated differently from the black employees by Revolt Executive Vice President Val Boreland. The lawsuit alleges that Boreland “treated the African-American staff in a much friendlier and respectful manner.”

The lawsuit went on to cite unprofessional actions they say occurred at the office, including guests showing up late, employees showing up intoxicated and people making comments about how white people were racist against black people (gasp!).

“The animosity Mr. Boreland had towards Caucasians was clear,” the lawsuit alleges.

Show producer Todd Banker, along with Goodstein, complained about the lateness of the show’s guest, according to the lawsuit, but the production manager, Cherisse McKenzie, allegedly said, “He just did not understand the ‘culture’ of the show’s guests and on-air personalities.”

In 2014, Goodstein and his team were fired, and they charge that they were replaced by inexperienced black people.

“Racism directed at anyone is unacceptable,” said Matthew Blit, an attorney for the producers.

Revolt TV said that the claims of discrimination have already been reviewed and dismissed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Yeah, the EEOC probably concluded that these men were fired because they were corny as fuck and didn’t know how to have a good time at work.
