It would be much easier if people would just admit they need the extra money when it comes to performing at this week’s “alt-right” rally ... I mean inauguration.

Chrisette Michele was pretty much silent Wednesday after it was revealed that she’s slated to perform for the urinal-elect and his crowd of Ku Klux Klan members. The backlash was brutal. People stated that they would be removing her music from their iPhones and other music devices—until they realized that they never had any of it to begin with. I guess that’s what happens when you go from being a Motown singer to doing chitlin circuit plays.

While you’re shucking and jiving on that stage in front of people who probably hate you because of the color of your skin and kinky hair, and who’d probably like to throw stones at you, you’re not accomplishing anything. So save the failed pseudo-intellectual pondering for the moment you cash that paycheck.

And, also, fuck that ugly-ass font and color.
